William and Mary O'Brien Scholarship

The William and Mary O’Brien Endowed Scholarship is awarded to a part- or full-time student. Applicants must be a high school graduate or have a High School Equivalency certificate. Applicants must have a financial need that without these funds may not be able to pursue an education degree at State Fair Community College. Applicants must be pursing an Associate of Arts degree with an emphasis in art or literature.
