Franklin Troy Cooley Scholarship Fund

The Franklin Troy Cooley Scholarship benefits the educational needs of students graduating from high schools located in SFCC’s 14-county service area. Applicant must be a full-time student, maintain a 2.5 GPA and enrolled in a program to fulfill requirements for an Associate of Arts degree with an emphases in agriculture, an Associate of Applied Science degree in agriculture or a welding certificate. Scholarship award shall be applicable to tuition, fees and costs associated with the student’s program, excluding living expenses.
