Fred and Margie Davis

This scholarship was established by the family of Fred E. Davis in honor of his commitment to State Fair Community College, serving from 1967 until his retirement in 1984. Fred saw the possibilities of what a community college could do for the students and residents of Pettis and Benton counties and the surrounding region. Fred’s mantra was, “Students first”. He and his wife, Margie, devoted their lives to the students and worked tirelessly to improve the lives of the students they served.
