Dr. Tom Spencer Hopkins

The fund was established by Sylvia Y. Hopkins, a music arts supporter and a resident of Hughesville, Missouri. Her husband, Dr. Tom Spencer Hopkins, was an accomplished pianist. She was inspired to support State Fair Community College music students and to establish an endowed music scholarship after attending the 2013 Sapphire Soiree Gala.
