Clifford H. Banks Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Clifford H. Banks Memorial Scholarship benefits the educational needs of students who are citizens of the United States and are enrolled as second-year, full-time students in a program to fulfill requirements for an Associate of Arts degree in visual arts. Scholarship award shall be applicable to tuition, fees and costs associated with the program, excluding living expenses.
